Memasuki Semester Genap: Menangani Kuliah Hingga 24 SKS

Pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2016/2017 ini saya mengajar tidak seperti biasanya. Jika sebelumnya saya mengajar sampai 16 sks, maka pada semester ini saya mengisinya hingga 24 SKS. Semua bertebaran dari program S1 sampai S2; sekali waktu juga hingga S3.

 

Proses Remonerasi

Saya tidak tahu persis apa yang dimaksud dengan proses mengajar dosen yang  jumlah mengajarnya begitu banyak. Jika pada semester sebelum ini kelebihan mengajar dilihat dengan ukuran: bahwa mengajar wajibnya adalah 12 SKS, sementara lebihnya yang siap dibayar adalah 4 SKS. Lebih dari itu tidak ada pembayaran tambahan untuk siapa saja.  

Menurut kabar yang tidak terlalu jelas, dari orang ke seorang kalangan dosen UIN kita bahwa kebijakan pembayaran pada semester yang dimulai dari bulan Pebruari 2017 ini agak sedikit beda. Mengajar yang wajib adalah 12 SKS, sementara yang dibayarkan adalah yang selebihnya sebagai bayaran yang akan dipenuhi dari proses remonerasi sekarang ini. Katanya, “seberapapun lebihnya dari 12 SKS akan dibayar oleh universitas secara remonerasi.”

Tugas saya di semester ini adalah menangani mata kuliah berikut ini:

Senin

1- Ulumul Hadis S1, 2 SKS, mengajar di ruang N1 Kampus II; 

2- Fiqih dan Ushul Fiqih program S2, 3 SKS, mengajar di ruang C8 Kampus I;

Selasa

1- Ulumul Hadis S1, 2 SKS, mengajar di ruang N3 Kampus II;

2- Tafsir dan Hadis Tarbawi II S1, 2 SKS, mengajar di ruang N8 Kampus II;

3- Tafsir dan Hadis Tarbawi II S1, 2 SKS, mengajar di ruang N6 Kampus II;

4- Ulumul Hadis S1, 2 SKS, mengajar di ruang N6 Kampus II;

5- Studi Qur’an dan Hadis program S2, 3 SKS, Jam ke-4, mengajar di Lt3 FITK Kampus II;

Rabu

1- Naqd al-Hadits S1, 2 SKS, mengajar di ruang O.6 (FUHUM) Kampus II;

2- Studi Qur’an dan Hadis program S2, 3 SKS, Jam ke-3, mengajar di C1 Kampus I;

Sabtu

1- Fiqih dan Ushul Fiqih program S2, 3 SKS, Jam ke-2, mengajar di ruang C8.

 

Melihat pelajaran yang demikian banyak ini, saya mulai dengan mengajar saja. Memasuki kelas demi kelas dengan rasa persiapan matang dan tenang. Yang mengajar sendiri langsung saya atasi, sementara yang mengajar secara team teaching saya rembuk dengan dosen-dosen yang bertugas bersama saya. 

Saya berembug dengan yang terbaik sehingga diharapkan mapel-mapel yang ditangani dapat berlangsung lancar dan seperti yang diharapkan (erf).
