Kurnia Muhajarah: Lahir Ketika Bertugas di Malaysia, Kini Dia Mengabdi di NKRI Tercinta
Pada setiap akhir bulan Agustus ada dua ingatan yang setidaknya saya dan istrinda Lathifah mesti ingat yaitu, hari kelahiran anak pertama dan kemudian hari kemerdekaan Malaysia. Dari tugas mengabdi Indonesia pertama di Malaysia, tiga belas bulan dari pernikahan lahirlah anak kami yang pertama di Malaysia. Dan dari pengabdian kami pertama di Malaysia membawa misi Indonesia di negera jiran itu mudahlah dikenang yaitu hari kemerdekan Malayisia yang jatuh pada 31 Agustus setiap tahun.
Kurnia di Hospital Kuala Terengganu
Pada tahun 1985, setelah setahun saya bersama tiga keluarga kawan di tanah air mengabdikan diri di Malaysia, lahirlah anak kami yang pertama. Kami mulai mengabdikan diri di Malaysia sebagai Juru Dakwah atau yang menurut orang Malaysia disebut Pensyarah Agama, sejak 1 Juni 1984 langsung ke negara bagian Malaysia, yaitu di Kuala Terengganu Malaysia. Disebut pensyarah agama, Dosen agama, karena tugas kami ternyata selain berdakwah ke berbagai kalangan di Kerajaan Kuala Terengganu, juga menangani pelatihan kuliah atau pelatihan-pelatihan dakwah lima kota yang ada di Negara Bagian Terangganu, yang beribukota Kuala Terengganu.
Di tengah-tengah menunaikan tugas, saya yang datang ke Malaysia bersama istri alhamdulillah, dianugerasi Allah Swt keturunan pertama di Malaysia yang pada tahun 2021 ini sudah memasuki ulang tahunnya ke-35. Dia bernama Kurnia Muhajarah. Atau lengkapnya bernama, Dr. Kurnia Muhajarah, S.Pd.I, M.SI.
Malaysia Merdeka Akhir Agustus
Kurnia Lahir pada hari Kamis, tanggal 29 Agustus 1985. Dia lahir dalam waktu yang tidak persis sama waktu keliahirannya dengan hari kemerdekaan Malaysia, melainkan maju dua hari sebelum hari kemerdekaan negara itu. Dia lahir di Hospital yang ada di kota negera bagian. Tepatnya di Hospital Puan Kuala Terengganu. Atau rumah sakit khusus wanita melahirkan yang ada di kota Kuala Terengganu.
Mengabdi di UIN Semarang
Di Terengganu, Kurnia tidalah berapa lama berdomisili di sana. Karena kami bertugas hanya memakan waktu dua tahun (1984-1986), sebelum kami akhirnya bertugas di NKRI yang berlangsung tepatnya di IAIN Walisongo Semarang sejak 1 Maret 1987.
Jadi nanda Kurnia, atau yang biasa dipanggil dengan Bak Nia oleh kawan-kawannya hanya sekitar setahun berada di negara kelahirannya sana. Dia dalam perkembangannya benar-benar dididik dengan produk pendidikan Indonesaia dari semenjak sekolah dasar hingga program doktornya, yang diselesaikan pada hari Rabu 31 Juli 2019 di Program Pascasarjana UIN Walisongo Semarang.
Kini nanda Kurnia Muhajarah itu mengabdikan diri di Fakultas Ilmu Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Walisongo Semarang. Dia sedang hidup sejahtera insya Allah bersama keluarga yang anak barepnya berpendidikan Kelas VIII MTs I untuk Program Tahfizh al-Qur’an di Kota Solo.
Akhirnya, semoga dalam pengabdian diri sebagai dosen di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia ini nanda Kurnia Muhajarah berada dalam lindungan Allah Swt, sehingga kehidupan sehari-harinya berlangsung lancar, sukses dan selamat, Amin (Erfan Subahar).
