Apa yang Sebaiknya Kita Perbuat untuk Pendidikan Agama?
Pendidikan agama sambil ditulis baik juga kita fikirnya alurnya, kemana ya? Doktor Komaruddin Amin, Dirjen Pendidikan Islam Kemenag RI memberi jawaban singkat, sebagai berikut:
Menurutnya, “Pendidikan agama tidak hanya mengajarkan tatacara beribadah, tetapi memaknai ibadah dalam kehidupan, mengalirkan spirit agama dan tanggung jawab sosial, menghadirkan perspektif kebangsaan demi terwujudnya kohesi sosial dalam realitas kebangsaan yang majemuk.”
Pekerjaan penting pendidikan agama dari ungkapan di atas memiliki tugas:
1- Tugas utamanya: mengajarkan tata cara beribahah,
2- Memaknai ibadah dalam kehidupan,
3- Mengalirkan spirit agama dan tanggung jawab sosial,
4- Menghadirkan perspektif kebangsaan dalam kehidupan yang majemuk. Bismillah (Erf)
