Nguji Praktikan PPLK Tahun 2014
Pada tahun 2014 ini, terasa ada yang khas, sebab di tahun ini saya kembali diberi tugas terjun ke lapangan seperti ketika muda dulu. Tugasnya membimbing mahasiswa praktek pembelajaran lapangan kependidikan yang dikenal dengan PPLK ke suatu sekolah/madrasah yang berada tidak jauh letaknya dari rumah saya.
Sesuai dengan tingkat kelincahan bertugas, saya kebagian tempat yang tidak begitu jauh dari tempat tinggal saua. Jaraknya sekitar 1 km dari rumah saya, walau beda kelurahan. jika saya tinggal di Kelurahan Beringin, tempat tugas PPLK berada di Kelurahan Wates, yang sama kecamatan Ngaliyan, juga sama di bawah Kota Semarang.
Acara ini dokemas rapi. Peserta diberangkatkan ke lokasi pada bulan Agustus lalu, untuk sekitar 2 bulan mereka berada di lapangan.
Ada 6 mahasiswa yang saya bimbing dalam praktik pembelajaran ini. Mereka semua sama melek pendidikan, yaitu sama pernah mengajar di sekolah di tempat tinggalnya, di Demak, Rembang, juga Pekalongan. Bisa jadi, kesulitan mereka nanti di seputar teknis mengajar atau pendekat an mengajarnya. Karena di sekitar daerah saya, para murid itu belajar nya tidak begitu kuat, sehingga relatif sulit dalam mencerna sesuatu tanpa ketelatenan guru dalam mengajar.
Setelah beberapa kali mengajar di sekolah MI, mereka siap diuji. Selain diuji guru pamong, mereka lalu diuji dosen PPLK. Mereka sudah mendapat kan nilai ujian, minus nilai final.
